From LAW OFFICES OF VIRGIL E. CLARK

After careful thought and consideration, and with a sincere appreciation for our clients, we have decided to close The Law  Offices of Virgil E. Clark, founded by Ed's father, more than 75 years ago. We have worked in the current office building since 1969, which was built by Virgil and entrusted to us.

It has been enjoyable and fulfilling to work with all of our clients over the years. We will regret not seeing and hearing from you, but everyone in the office will be over 65 in January, 2022, and we would like to spend our retirement years with our families and grandchildren.

We have made arrangements with Joe and Brad D'Arcangelo of 5800 Monroe Street, B-1, Sylvania, Ohio, 43560, Tel. No., 419-473-1346, to assist all of our clients. We want to refer our clients to Attorneys who practice the same way that Ed and I were taught by his father: that the client is always first and exert your best efforts to help them resolve their problems effectively and economically. The D'Arcangelo Law firm handles Estate Planning, Wills, Probate, Trusts, Real Estate Transactions, Evictions, and Business Transactions, similar to the areas of law that The Law Offices of Virgil E. Clark practiced.

We are finishing up some files, but the plan is to close the office as of December 31, 2021, at the end of the year. D'Arcangelo Law will have access to any files we have handled for you.
